Dear Mr. President Putin,
I listened to your speech on Ukraine,
which you gave on February 21,
2022. It shows to the whole world how distant you are is from reality.
Not only the millions of Ukrainian citizens who make up the Ukrainian
nation see and feel it differently. Your move away from reality is
seen by millions of people around the world. Ukrainians want
their motherland, independent of anyone from outside, and no one
can deny them this right, and justifying your refusal with an
assessment of Ukrainian culture does not seem very convincing from
the position of the KGB, of which you were a member. Defining the
rights of other nations from Moscow's position is obscured with
the crime. What you say about it is sick!
The world is not divided into "spheres of influence", most people do
not want to have anything to do with any spheres, and they consider
attempts to impose such divisions on them as hideous propaganda.
Ukraine is a separate nation, not your "sphere of influence", and the
influence of the West takes place on a completely different level
- level of civilization and organization of life, and not on the
military or secret service level, and it does not imply domination
against will. These influences possibly remain incomprehensible to you,
because you do not understand their causes. Making judgments is
in such a case absurd.
You show to the whole world your political delusions, which not
only significantly differ from reality, but also describe Ukraine
in an insulting way. And this insulting vision of matters would
justify your military aggression against another nation ? This
is nothing else but the effect of a sick imagination, strained
by years of aggressive propaganda. In my opinion, the responsibility
of this state of your psyche is shared by all those who flattered
you and were afraid to point out to you the falsehood of vision
takes place. And this is the way how this sick version was created,
in which you were caught.
Dear Mr. President,
what you lack is a vivid contact with people who are not deprived
of honesty towards you, who will not flatter you, but who will draw
your attention to the distance from facts, where it takes place.
If you do not release this false version of things, the conflict that
is originally in your head will cause dramatic harm to other nations.
People will blame nobody else for it, but yourself ! Some will do it
out of fear of being judged as responsible even of those, who
previously flattered you or supported your inadequate imagination.
I warmly advise you not to follow this path, which could make whole
nations hate you like Hitler. It is better to retreat than
burn with shame, like a torch later on. The world offers many
other impressions that could give you peace of mind,
satisfaction, and pleasure.
A lot will get the impression that a letter like this is offensive,
I guess, but it is the intention that determines offensiveness.
There is no bad intention in my feelings towards you, and I am
sending the letter in the dramatic need to protect human life.
You will not get such issues as presented here from any diplomatic
correspondence or conversations.
Finally, let me ask you another question.
It concerns Aleksiej Navalny.
For whom has Aleksiej Navalny taken up the fight against corruption ?
Do you think it's mainly because of you and as a method of coming
to power? No, he is doing it for Russia, which proves not only
exceptional courage but also that he is a great patriot.
If the fight against corruption, which brings power to Russia,
is not as important for your heart as it does to him, it means
that he, and not you, is the true leader of this country
and for the sake of Russia you should rather give way to him.
Western politicians, who do not care about Russia very much
will not point you to this necessity.
